I think hartnell was a better doctor than most people give him credit for. If anyone is interested in discussing doctor who subjects please feel to drop in on my doctor who blog at sci-fireflections.weebly.com.
billy hartnell shall always remain my favourite dr. who. i love the way he was by turns, grumpy, lovable, absent-minded etc. such a pity the poor bloke became ill and the fact that he didn't get on with the new producer after verity lambert left.
@tombraideress You DO? EEK! I actually have an LP of it that I thought included the theme used during The Trial of a Timelord, which is the only reason I bought the thing.
Is there a full version of The Doctor Who Years theme (0:13)?

I think Sylvester McCoy should narrate every program made. He did a great job narratting.

Hartnell makes McCoy look like a chump... But then again, so did every other Doctor.

Wow, Doctor Who premiered the day after JFK's assasination. The Beatles released their first album Please Please Me the day of the assasination.

This "never-released pilot episode" looks a lot like the first episode.
