cognitogrrl-The chemicals in chemo are poison, which is why patients get sicker. BUT, the chemo is targeted to kill cancer cells, which are normal cells that have mutated and multiplied.

12345678979817-Since you have years of research behind you, then you know that cancer cells are mutant cells, and foods can help prevent cancer cells from forming, but once they have formed they need to be killed and removed. Yes, sometimes they can disappear, but if once cell remains, it can spread again.

BREAST INFECTION OR IBC? I had a pimple like on top of my breast/chest area. Breast was itching boy itching, redness, hot to the touch, with soaking wet towel dried when put on breast, pain and feverish (800 Ibuprofen) could not control and pains was absolutely heavy painful around armpit, skin started to peel off..so IBC or Infection ? I was completely cured with in 2 months period...and I do have big scar on breast from puss drainage...

KNEW you were in the Medical Field somehow. I have seen people cured from cancer and many other diseases with natural things and eating only alkaline foods. Also, this treatment had documented cases of success with people who had different types of cancer-- breast, skin, bone, brain, pancreatic-- people who had been told they had mere months left. It was completely gone within a year.

A doctor and his wife who did not have cancer took 4 tablespoons of pureed asparagus, once in the morning and at night, and six months later the function of every system in their bodies showed improvement. We need to be eating more asparagus, people. It WORKS.

ASPARAGUS has histones, necessary to regulate healthy cell function. The cells producing too many excess cells, forming tumors, are stopped. Also it contains glutathione, usually used in treatment of cancer patients.

There have been several cases of inoperable patients with months left having full recovery in six months to a year. There's no reason we should not be trying this treatment. It's affordable and it works.

My 80 year old grandmother was diagnosed with IBC four years ago. She was not expected to live by the time the doctor told her the prognosis. The odds were against her, but she pulled though and is still with us today. In Feb 2010 she will be an IBC survivor! There is hope for anyone woman of any age to fight this deadly form of breast cancer. Don't give up! My beautiful grandmother is living proof that IBC can and will be defeated. this can be very useful information to all females of all sorts, but it can also be bad information that can lead to "paranoia" stress, and many other things that could very well cause this problem, because of the constant worry..sorry but, i follow god only. he is better than doctors. of any kind. Chemo is not poison and DOES cure people of cancer, as does radiation treatment. I know people who have been cured with either one, or both.

Hmmm, Chemo is not poison you say? Then how come Doctor's say it is and 70-75% of them when polled, said they would NOT take it. I suggest you do some research girlfriend. I know plenty of people who have had chemo, gone as long as 10 years without cancer, but yep, it came back. If chemo is not poison, what the heck do you think it is? You also don't know what I do for a living either, and have had years of research to back up my comments.

I would like to see that poll -- if you have a link for it in the AMA Journal or other medical publication, which I greatly doubt. I'm a medical transcriptionist for a surgical clinic, and we have plenty of patients who have beaten cancer.

I woke up this morning with a bruise on my nipple and i am going to see the doctor on thursday. I was trying to find out what could have caused a bruise on my nipple with no injury and IBC is all i could find. My mother died of breast cancer 17 years ago and i am only 29 is there anyone that has a story about nipple bruise, could this be IBC?

I am awaiting final diagnosis for IBC and will know next Tuesday. I had never heard of it, but fortunately, my family physician, who had never seen a case of IBC, suspected it at my first visit. PLEASE do not ignore any changes in your breast(s). That goes for men as well. The symptoms are so evident (swelling, redness, itchy, pitted skin, tenderness, hot to the touch) don't ignore them! Don't deny. And when you see your doctor, tell him you suspect IBC, don't wait for him/her to guess!!

I thank the doctors who shared this information on You Tube. I had never heard of inflammatory breast cancer, and my mom and dad both had cancer and passed away within 7 months of each other. My mom had breast cancer and my father had prostate cancer.

It is terrible that information on IBC has not been made available or discussed during physicals. I am 52 years old and I do get physicals regularily and am under

doctors care for hyperthyroidism.

How tragic that a 16 year old girl died because she was too embarassed to even talk to her mom about the changes in her breast.

I agree with koolcat that education should start in high school so that young women will be able to discuss their breasts with a parent or doctor the same way they'd discuss their elbow.

It also amazes me that this form of cancer has been kept under the radar for so long.

Do they know what triggers it? I will definitely share this video.

I'd never heard of it either.Thankfully I was given chemo 36 hours after diagnosis & it worked. Awareneness could save so many more lives - it should start at High School.
