only place to get one is from your rabbi or judaica store i think... idk about price i wasnt really looking for price as much as quality. it cost me $750 but sometimes rabbis hook people up with used tefillins 4 free

@haytoon41 I managed to find a pair of mehudar gassot Sephardi tefillin for $500 but that's because I got them discounted from $1100 from a good Rabbi who bought them in decent quantity.

Not on Shabbat or the first two days of pesach and the last two days don't don tefilin.

Qavod haRav. I note the wrapping on the arm goes in the same direction (counter-clockwise) as Askenazim, but the hand tying style is different. Perhaps this is a Morrocan minhag? Most Sephardim I know wrap clockwise around the arm.
