Poor Ramesses II, he was treated as a living god in this time in this land, he never wanted to get this kind of "eternity" I was in Cairo for a lot of, for doing any sketches about his face, to do a facial reconstruction - sometimes they didn't allowed me to draw - and a lot of visitors stood also there an disturbed his peace with cameras. does anyone out there know about a mummy that was shown by x-ray to have its hip pinned with a silver operative pin? it was on a travel channel show but i only show a quick second of it & I'd like to write about it for a national orthopaedic journal for which i am the managing editor. ty.
