  • Hi! I have been following your workouts from past 3 months , i didnt loose any weight @first bt in past 2 weeks , i lost 4lbs, yay! Thanku so much.. :) I notice that am loosing weight much more below my waist bt unable to target my back and armpit fat n my huge arms :(.. I would luv to wear sleeveless coming summer..i have always been conscious abt my arms n back fat please please tell me which workouts will help me get that.. thankyou

  • when i first started your workouts yesterday i can feel the burn coming on last night and im sore today but im still working out because im tired of all of the fatness that i see when i look down to see my toes

    ill keep you posted on my prgress starting next sunday when i weigh myself

  • Really love how u incorporate the thighs in this workout. Just finished doing this and two others, and I can barely type. Thanks a million. Been using exercise DVDs but got bored when they became less challenging. Dont think that will happen here.

  • Hi Tiffany,Thank you very much for your reply.I am doing my best n hope to achieve best out of it. I am not fat at all I want to tone up my body as after my second delivery I got that flab tummy(baby bump) n some what I increase the weight so I want to loose all of it and want to look like before my pregnancy days.For the tummy or Abs and for reducing the butt size pls suggest which of urs workout is best.Thank you very much.U r helping many people.Thanks.

  • i love your workouts they are so fun!!!! but is there a certain something to get rid of celulite? I DNT HAVE MUCH BUT IT STILL BOTHERS ME!!!

  • @1313aloha Celllulite is just fat that is unevenly distrbuted under the skin. As you get in shape your muscle get tighter and your body fat goes down and your cellulite decreases. But listen to this about 95% of women have celulite, so don't stress out about if. Instead focus on doing each of the exercises like you are a top athlete!!

  • @xxmissbabybooxx yes you can do it without the weights but I am sure you have water bottles, go to the store and buy two small bottles of water and find some dirt, rocks, sand whatever in a nearby park and fill them up!!!

  • for how long do i need to do this?? im not really fat. i was 112 but now im 120 so i dont have that many fat in my back but it still bothers me becuz i was thin. im 5'1 120 punds im 18 female.

  • @ChinaNTinks Your body is still changing around 18 so it is a good time to make working out a part of your life. If you go in my fb page in the notes section, you will find a recommended workout schedule :)

  • @ashantybbmcarlo Fitnes is about health, vitality, building strength and confidence in yourself. Having that as a goal will take you a lot farther than just focusing on t and a!!

  • @automaticbootyswagg Consistency!!! Eating lots of raw fruits and vegetables, reduce your bread, rice and pasta intake. I have a recommended schedule on my fb page for the workouts, follow it and you will be on the road to success!!

    I want to ask one thing that with this workouts is their any diet routine also too follow?I am a food loving person but very NOT fat in looking. I want to reduce my weight which I gain after my second child birth.

    I just want to know do we have to follow some diet?or these workouts are great as I do daily.

  • @TheBluebell007 Hi! I am so happy you found my workouts. You will definitely get results, but yes you do have to change what you eat. If you look on my fb page Tiffany Rothe you will find a recommended schedule and great cleanse for you body in the notes section. Remember, being fit is a lifestyle and if you want to change your body you have to change your habits!

  • Hi Tiffany, I am doing your workouts a lot, but I'm not seeing any results around my hips, just around the abs, waist, and legs area. I would really like to get some fat off my hips. Also, I am doing really good in loosing weight, but now I'm back up a few pounds and nothing has changed in my diet or exercise. And do you know any tricks to stop the bloating of the stomach?

  • @91Barrelracer If you are getting result isn your abs, waist and legs I would not complain!! Hips are usually the last area to come off but be patient you will shape them up too. Bloating is caused by salt, dairy products and bread. If you want your stomache to be less bloated eats lots of fresh fruits and veggies. If you are exercising and eating well don't worry about the scale, just stay focused on getting in shape and eventually the scale will show your hard work!

  • Hi, I have a question. Is it effective at all to do these targeted exercises without first doing any cardio? Or is it best to first boost your heart rate and then focus on specific exercises?

  • @Phionna44 These workouts can be done as they are. I recommend doing my warm up video and then you can dive feet first into any one of my videos. I have a recommended schedule on my fb page, you should check it out. It lets you know which workouts to do on what days.
