I agree, here Sandra borders on actual food preparation as opposed to her usual drunken fumbling about the kitchen resulting in an unfortunate concoction that most dogs would refuse. Save for the pre-chopped onion and garlic and cream of chicken soup, this looks like something I might actually whip up as a last-resort meal.

I'd have to say this is the closest I have seen to Sandra Lee actually cooking. She takes every shortcut known to man, but at least in this one, she uses raw chicken and makes it cooked. As previously noted, real rice is not difficult, and is 100 times better tasting. For real masala recipes, I would recommend showmethecurry's channel. Quite different. Better.
