You take a great liberty with this piece and I like this way of playing. You must love this piece because you made it your own. I never before heard and saw a pianist being so unafraid of this great work. It's a mastery, a being an equal to the greatness of this piece. I enjoyed it very much and I thank you for this experience. By the way, are you connected to an oxigen tank while playing - I think I saw something like that.
@ino3bs Thanks, dear friend for your approbation. I have projects to work with Bach in the future... I hope to meet him very soon. About my goals there is a desire to play concerts with orchestra....
Yes, this Busoni transcription, is so difficult. I play the original that played Busoni himself.
Enjoyed listening to your interpretation of this very demanding yet very beautiful and inspiring piece...added to favourites. Thank you for sharing your beautiful pianism Nuccio..with Love & Appreciation CC
If this happen for her inspiration, dear Terry, please tell her that I am very honored.
Because the musicians are priest of the music and they must serve Her. And if I am useful for someone, for inspiration I am happy. Because I've reached the goal to transmit my enthusiasm and perhaps some value of the Music.
Non so come risponderti.
So che mi comprendi.
I think this is a pretty good interpretation. It is an immense piece emotionally. My favorite interpretation on YouTube (and it is live) is the one of Helene Grimaud. Wonder what you would think of that one? Excellent though.
Thanks frenchmusician12! Thanks again. Check the other videos. I say one thing now. I've chosen to shut up about other pianist interpretation. Naturally I've chosen this. So dear, I'm sorry. I live with and in the music. Check other mine renditions and read my personal info. I hope this.
I enjoy your music very much. My recent comment was directed to GeorgeMaxwellDuPre, who thought he heard intimations of the violin in the music. That should be no surprise, since it was composed for violin.
Dear Mr Trotta one of the best Chacconne.... You are a talent thank you for your performance... !!! I'd liked so much also your beautiful Scarlatti's K27.
Positively one of the best Chaconnes I've heard on YOUTUBE. Congrats man! Yours held my attention from start to finish,, one of the few to do that. Don't understand the arm shaking, violin-like vibrato at the end though. It was the only thing that i kinda didn;t fancy.
Your comment is pretty old by now, but your reference to the violin-like effect is interesting. Surely you know that this work was originally composed for solo violin.
thank you for the videos of your beautiful playing. it is a privileged time we live in today to be able to experience such incredible music played so masterfully.
grazie mille~ eLi G~ pianowarist aka MusiCURESanity in japan.
its been a long time, but nice to type to you again. i really, really enjoy this performance and came back to say thank you. every time i listen, its like i have a new favorite piece of peace. again grazie from japan, eLi G.

si hai ragione. Questo brano, anche se di dimensioni ridotte, l'ho sempre visto come un qualcosa di monumentale.
Anch'io rimango senza parole nell'ascoltarlo.
