thanks you for the comments, sorry about getting back so late. The clay is white stoneware, wheel thrown and polished at the leather hard state with metal and polished stones.
That's just really awesome! I look forward to doing this myself, but maybe with some Red Clay from my back yard. How did you polish them and what kind of was did you use?
