  • SOUNDS AWESOME!!!!!!

  • camera guy stinks

  • @56sledneck

Ya, it obviously wasnt me. We don't go ridin with a ton of fancy camera's. We're just there to ride.

  • which is louder mbrp race can or sno stuff?

  • love it!

  • great sound!! =D

  • i love that eco

  • beautiful my friend!

  • Nice man got a rumble pack to they're the best.

  • should be illegal nice one ;)

  • I need some opinoins here. I have a 97 mxz 440 f/c, all stock except for gearing, 23/44, and Hindson Clutch Kit, clutch engage at 4K RPM. I'm going to a local small parts dealer and get a 500 or a 600 pipe to put on it, and getting a rumble pack. Think it would sound good even though its f/c?

  • sounds stock till it takes off

  • Nice im not a doo guy but that sounds nice just order a snow suff can for my sled

  • nice soundin sled, the rumble packs are the best sounding can out there!

  • Yes it is. It's a sno-stuff rumble pak.

  • have the cops stopped you at all? im runnin the same can and i hear theyre really crackin down here in ny.

  • Never been stopped here in the central states. We have rode through many DNR and sherrif check points. Never had a problem yet. However, thats here anyways.

  • they stopped me twice last yr, once in tug hill and once in old forge

  • A friend was in the U.P. on a Yamaha Nytro RTX SE. Has a Aaen silencer. It's a stock looking can but it is loud. Don't think the DNR is fimilar with the sled cause they looked at the exhaust and said it looks stock. They were stopped twice around the Bergland area BTW. I want to find the quietest can available. I like the sound but i don't want to put up with the DNR B.S. I hatethe weight, size of the stock can though.

Now; any idea who makes the quietest aftermarket can?

  • Take a look at my video. I have the MBRP trail pack can. Then you can get an idea of the sound level. Nice little Growl to it when you get on it but not to loud to annoy the law.

  • probably SLP or Ultra-Q. Try SLP first. They are quiter I think.

  • probably a slp

  • the aaen trail version i think they have are really quiet i have one on my sled, the mbrp trail ones arent that loud either its just the race cans that are loud

  • love that echo

  • did you have to re-jet the sled after you put the sno stuff can on it, cu zi was think of getting on becasue i like the sound but i dont want to re-jet it

  • No need to rejet. Even if you had to re-jet for any reason, it takes about as long as it does to install a silencer.

  • ok thanks

  • love that sound gives me goosebumps, we need some god damn snow in minnesota!!

  • hey there i was wondering if anyone could help me out i want to get a can for my 98 xc 700 and was wondering what one would be the loudest..i want to turn heads and my ears to be ringin at the end of the day..any suggestions?

  • Ya, this is about the loudest can i have heard. MBRP race pak might be close.

  • Ya, I had the MBRP race pack on my ZRT and was loud.

I now own a 03 ZR 900 with the MBRP trail pack. It's not as loud but has an awesome GROWL to it and it doesn't annoy people in your neighbor hood.

  • I had the MBRP race pack can on my ZRT and it was really loud. I know own a 03 ZR 900 with the MBRP trail pack. It has an awesome GROWL to it that turns heads but is not quite as loud.

  • is it just me or does that sled look a lil small?

  • na, its just you. Normal 800 rev.

  • big rider

  • man i love that sound.

  • that was awsome

  • throw a sno-x track on 1.75 inch lug and you could stand that thing up for minutes at a times.

  • Has a 1.25 track for one. Tight center shock, limiters loose, rear blocks uncoupled and rear springs set to loose. Most any sled will transfer weight when set up like this. We actually had this sled pretty dialed in for trail use. Found a happy medium that worked.

  • what did you have to do to the suspension to do this, limiter strap coupler blocks?

  • i have an 03 polaris classic 700 can i get one of these? is it legal in new hamoshire?

  • you can get them for the 03 Classic 700. I have no idea what the local regulations in New Hampshire are. I run my can in Minnesota and in Western Michigan. Got stopped at a few trail checkpoints and they never said anything about the can.

  • i have the same sled as you

  • ne one here kno if there is an e-mail i can have that is for a Sno-Stuff dealer in Maine or some where close? do u kno if you are unsatisfied with the sound of ur can if u can send it back for a refund?

  • Isn't 800 fast enough stock??

  • No.

  • Great sound on a VERY sharp looking sled.

  • i can go 135 mph on my 440

  • Keep dreaming, no 440 will hit over 100 stock, much less with mods. Thanks though, several people will get a kick out of your unrealistic comments such as this. I had a few 440's, none are capable of those speeds. If yours even hits 120, tell me how. But i know it can't

  • mods don't increase top speed, gearing does.

  • yea maybe if you drop it out of a plane at 15k ft.

  • lol 135? 440? lol good luck buddy

  • hahahaha

  • are you sure your speedometer isn't reading in KPH ???

  • i can do better on my mxz 440 and loner

    you suck

  • Gald your 440 was not there, you might have failed to see the corner in the video or the other sleds on the side of the trail. Bring on your 440, i have a 440 with a 800 mod, lets go wheelie king!.

  • NICE!

  • nice kevin:P why doesn't yours sound like that haha;)

  • is it just me or is that sled REALLY low to the ground?

  • It's the stock ride height. Just a little bit of fresh snow cover.

  • you can adjust how high/low and how stiff or loose the shocks are.

  • listen to the echo haha. nice sled

  • hey do they make cans for a 1998 polaris indy xlt special 600 tripple? and if so where can i find one? btw nice sounding sled!

  • does it have a stock pipe and the sno stuff can or a diffrent pipe

  • It's the stock pipe with sno-stuff can. I never mess with Ski-Doo pipes for trail riding. One thing they did well, was build a nice pipe. You will not beat the stock pipe for all around performance. If you change it, you get better performance in one area, but loose somewhere else. I have tried most of them. The only other pipe would be is crankshop mando's or Doo race twins, They do work well. you need to sping the motor hi, hi RPM's with these which ain't good for the motor. it won't last.

  • shit i was gonna try an SLP pipe i was reading in a magazine up to 10-11hp gain...well i guess i go for something else then.

  • any way how fast did u ever get your sled up 2 in MPH ???

  • it should hit at least 110 or something

it's just a 600 after all the 800's are a lot faster and better acceleration

  • man same sound ass my sled :P

  • btw does that have a beaver tail

  • is the can loud loud that hurt your ears :P

  • I bet if you were to DB test the can at trail speeds, it most likely produces levels that are known to cause hearing damage. You would have to spend alot of time on the sled before that would occur though.

  • sounds nice im getting one of them for my edge x 800 im trying to see if mbrp is better then sno stuff what do you think?

  • I think MBRP has a race can. That would be louder then the sno-stuff. The trail MBRP, no then the sno-stuff will be louder.

  • well they make three kinds of cans Trail Standard and Race yaa the race well be crazy loud Standard well prob be as loud as the sno-stuff can the Trail wounldnt be louder

  • sick ass ski-doo.

  • what a echo

  • is ur sled still runnin...if so how many km :)

  • The sled was sold a few seasons ago. I do have a 05 GSX with 6500 miles on it. Went through the engine last season and it was a waste of time. Everything looked and measured out great!

  • beautiful,,

  • SICK MAN!

  • sno stuff is the best sounds the best when u open her up i have one on my xc800 nice vid man

  • that was a sick sound you got there byy !

  • It does take a while for them to "really open up".

  • how it sound at idle i just ordered it like 2 hours ago and i cant wait....so just wondering at about 2000-3000 rpm do u notice any changes in noise level with that can compared to stock??

    thanks

  • It was louder at idle. 2-3,000 it starts rapping. Wide open it was very, very loud. If you were reving on a stand on concrete at WOT it would hurt your ears. My neighbor likes to do that for some reason with his.

  • hey, where did u get that can from???

  • I got that can from HayDays grass drags. I have another one on my sled now. I will be selling that one shortly. It's a different brand, but a little better can. It runs $275 new. It's ceramic coated. Much better quality. It will be on Ebay shortly. Fit's Rev 600 and 800.

  • Hyvin naukuu!

  • my 500 stands up fine, did i buy a 133" POLARIS track from u on ebay?? there's no problem but your user name is the same i think

  • Yes, i use the same user name on Ebay as well.

  • damn! i cant get enuff of the sound!

i got one for my 600 sdi. (not for catwalking)

  • ya but, i mean it has the power and should be able to do it no problem, but its like the tunnel touched the ground and it wont go any farther

  • how do you cat walk like that, i got an 08 tnt, but when i catwalk it it will only go back so far.. it definetly has the power, but something stops it from going back far.

  • It takes power, weight transfer and traction. Thats it. You can get a 500 to stand up if you set it up for it. The hard part is getting it to stand up and still be trail ridable.

  • nice color scheme you got on that to nice sounding can also

  • you havent heard anything tive youve heard a mm700 with a dynoport can =] its orgasmic

  • I love the sound incredible!!! :) Check out my sled, search for 2001 skidoo summit W/rumble pack...

  • SOO NICE

  • nice

  • ok oic, becouse i was thinking og getting a snow stuff can for my zr 800

  • Not hammering on Sno-Stuff, the can is reasonabile for the price. Makes noise as you heard from the video. Makes no more power but is lighter weight and much easier to work around from the stocker.

  • hey is it true you lose power with a can.

  • All cans claim the make power, but none that i know of do anything. I do know that HPS doesn't loose power. There are a few more that don't take power but they run about $300.

  • i heard dynoport's pipe and can will make a little more power, but that's $600 for the pipe and can together, painted black not ceramic

  • Waste of money. I have ran the stock pipe, summit pipe, Bikeman and Doo factory twins all on the same sled. I'm back to running a Summit pipe. Spend the cash on a nice track and a good clutch kit. Do some research, Ski-Doo's pipe is very tough to beat for general riding. Racing, yes there is better pipes but they suck on the trails. I have seen dyno results, pipes just don't do it for the money.

  • trust me i know i've done my research, but i hate the stock sound... it's boring.. i'm used to being in a truck with 5" stacks sitting right behind my head... i need that noise haha and if i can get a pipe or can with no hp loss or even a VERY small hp gain while dropping weight i'll take it

  • The pipe don't make the noise, it's in the can. One of the best cans i know of is HPS. You pay for it though, but they don't take away power. Now could you notice a performance differeance side by side on a machine equiped with a rumble pak can, i doubt it.

  • i actually just ordered a J&T today for my 03 rev 600ho, they sound good and i heard it has the same performance of an HPS can

  • The JT is another good can.

  • yeah man now i'm like a little kid waiting for this thing to show up at my house

  • Love the sound

  • what kind of sled is that? apex or attack

    sincerely

    jo cool

  • Thta is a 2003 Ski-Doo Rev 800.

  • beautiful sound...SCREAMING "GET OUT OF MY WAYYYYYY" hahaha

  • Ha, you bet, many times someone is riding and i want to pass. If you just fly by it scares the heck out of them. I don't like doing that. Just lean back, pin the throttle to lift the front end and they will hear the pipe behind them. Then they know your there and move for you to pass.

  • friggin rite i had an 550 recently sold it bc you dont get quiet that effect with a 550 as oppose to an 800.

  • NICE Love the echo!!

  • was that can soaked in water?

  • No it was not.

  • I've heard of people soaking their cans in water, what those that actually do?

  • Never tried it, but i have also heard of it. Some people think it will break in faster when soaked.

  • kick ass, awsome!

  • What is the diffrence between the race can, and the trail can? quietness? and does the trail can sound the same but quieter?

  • Sno-stuff only makes one can. The Loud one. No trail or seperate race can. Thre is only one.

  • how much CC is your sled

  • That sled was a 800cc.

  • My Yamaha is almost that loud. All my friends are complaining when we hit the trails. But i don't mind cause i use ear protection.

  • No offense, but if i had to wear ear plugs, it wouldn't be on the sled. We mainly ride off trail anyways.

  • None taken. But it is damn loud i can tell you that. I got this ringing in my ears once after a day out on the sled and after that i started with plugs.

  • dude my yami has a can too and i wouldn't wear ear protection for a second to stop me from hearing the sweet sounds of a sno stuff

  • I can hear the seet sound from my speedtech can just fine, and i still have my hearing intact ;)

  • that sounded Nicee!, u should get risers

  • It's not my sled. I'm 6'2" and have 5.5 risers i can stand upright no problems.

  • awsome sound iam runnin a MBRP race can from a 1998 440 Polaris S.K.S on my Indy 500 1996 Snow King Specail and it sounds awsome but anyways awsome vid

  • haha the echo is awesome

  • thats music in my ears

  • ove the echo in the trees

  • if i keep everything stock on say an 06 0r 05 or 04 rev will a sno stuff can fit on it if i ordered an 03 can for a rev wiil it still fit on it cause i dotn think they changed much in the way of the fitting sizes did they??

  • Yep, order the 03. The 03 was like i said a ball and socket fitting. To use the can on a 04 and newer, you will just use your exhaust donut gasket and it will fit just fine. They also have blems available for like $160 last time i checked. A blem might have a dark weld, possible rust spots inside the can, small dent stuff like that. Nothing to worry about, buy the blem and run it. Thats all i buy. Let me know if you don't have the direct link to order the can or the blems.

  • i looked at there website and it says only up to 03 but if it fits on an 04 and such why dont they tell you that instead of leaving everyone wonderign and shit lol

  • did they stop making can's or something cause i went on the website and it only goes up to the rev 03 for skidoo and i want that can on a like 04 or 05 or 06 rev do you think it might still fit even though its a differnt year of a rev please reply back this is the can i want for my next sled

  • They still make them. In 2003 and older, Ski-Doo pipes used a ball and socket type connection. After 2003 the pipe was a flnged type fitting. You can use a 2003 can with a newer pipe, just use the donut type gasket. It will fit. I was running a 04 Summit pipe with a 03 can. The Summit pipes make more power. I wouldn't go and buy a Summit pipe looking for huge gains. I had to buy a pipe for my 440/800 conversion so i went with the Summit pipe.

  • im looking for a can and i wanted the loudest and from what i have seen for the most part sno stuff is the loudest is this true?

  • I don't know, i really think my Ultra-Q is just as loud. The Super-Q is supposed to be louder then the Ultra. More money though.

  • nice sound....sweet echo too

  • nice sounding sled, what is it and how much did the rumble pack run you? I love the loud ass roar of it

  • If i recall they were about $160 pre-season price.

  • nice, thanks

  • what is better ..snowstuff can .. or xpackage .. ?

  • If you want something thats loud, the Snostuff is it. I don't recommend it for trail use though. Tad loud for trails.

  • hey umum do you think you can tel me witch is better in loudness .. a snow stuff can .. or a silancer

  • Can, silencer, same thing just different names. Some people call it a can, some call it a silencer.

  • okay thanx

  • Yeah I just baught an MXZ 03 i went end over end on my crossfire.

  • hey im looking to put a can on a f7 what has the loudest and rapiest sound

  • Sorry, i don't run cat. However, every can i have heard Snostuff is close to the loudest. MBRP's race can is pretty good. MBRP makes a trail can and a race can. Might be worth checking them out.

  • hey im looking for a can to put on a f7 which is the loudest and raspiest

  • my friend is running a Rumble Pack on his F7 and im running a MBRP Standard can on my 2006 MXZ 600 and the F7 is way louder on low and mid range and the my sled is pretty much the same on tope end. I had a Rumble Pack on my 2002 MXZ and it was not that loud. From what ive seen the bigger the engine the louder and it all depends on brand but the Rumble Pack is a loud can for the F7. The MBRP race cans are really really loud but you cant get them for the CAT F series or the DOO REV or the POO IQ.

  • So you say the sno stuff is louder than ultra Q? Im looking for a can also but i just want something a little over stock, has anyone heard anything good about the MBRP trail can?

  • hey do u think the ss can sounds better than mbrp? also did u upgrade ur clutch so u can pull up like that.. what kind of clutch??

  • TMBRP is a deeper sound, not as loud when rpm's get going. It has more of the crackling (2-stroke sounding). Clutch was stock except for the secondary spring which does minimal for hole shot. It's easy to do, Set up the sled with a soft rear spring, stiff center spring, loose limeters a good track and power! It'll stand up. Won't corner worth a crap if it's under powered though. You could stand up a 500 like this if you wanted, but your setting it up using the chassis rather then raw power.

  • alright ill give it a try.. i think my tracks decent i got the x package 1.5 " lugs and 144 studs so

  • As much as I hate cans in general, that one sounds great. Doesn't seem real loud either.

  • Believe me, it's loud. That sled has been sold, and we thought the Ultra-Q would be a nice can. Just wanted something that was easy to work around when wrenching, i could care less about how it sounds. I actually wanted it to be stock like levels. Don't buy the Ultra-Q, it's pretty loud when W.O.T.

  • Oh, my can will be staying stock until I twin-pipe the thing. Gotta keep the neighbours happy, right?

  • what do you mean by W.O.T.?

  • Wide open throttle.

  • You think the Ultra-Q is louder than the Rumble pack?

  • No, the SnoStuff is way louder. I will be posting a clip of the Ultra Q when i get a few minutes.

  • dude i love the echo awesome sled

  • wouldnt happen to have the model number of the can? i got a 500ss and im pretty sure the same can should fit...love the sound

  • Part number on this can is: 331-402

  • thanks alot

  • oh sweet i got a 2007 800 R with 144

  • is that an H.O or an R
