This was one of those songs where the record label just got it all wrong. They were probably thinking it was a cool urban song with cocky lyrics that suited Tamars personality and was "in trend" or in other words "right for the market then". The truth is this song does not make "musical sense" the beat is irregular and had no inovation factor. It was one of those songs that sound just like something the radio stations are playing allready so they don't give em' airplay. Tamar got screwed over =(

Mya (where is she now) was lucky with her track. I will say that Tamar sounded like a very bland version of Toni Braxton (and I'm sure that's what the label was going for). Not to say it wasn't a good thing.. but Dreamworks never really took off as a label.
