neat! I have the 3rd bell BNSF just gave it to me but am missing the rainguard & the base Also I prefer the bells you have Hate the electronic ones bleah
I got them from eBay, maintainers, and collectors across the area. I have 3 signals so far, and I recently just acquired a Safetran Gate Mechanism that will be going up soon on one of the gateless signals. :)
Allright... now I know that the bells I placed on my model rail-road crossing lights is to small (they are in all ways the same as here in the Netherlands (as far as we still have real bells (I don't like those stupid electronic ones)
The signals were listed on Craigslist, so that's how I found out about them. The Waterford Historical Society at Fish Hatchery Park was selling them to make room for new signals that they are getting installed in the future.
Yep, it was the one on the west side at Oak St. I took the lights off, because they were installed upside down as the gate was. I have the RECO LED lights on it now. It will probably be sold to the guy I bought the mast signals from up in Waterford, MI.
Would there be any way you can get an e-bell from that signal maintainer you know and then ship it to me. I would pay all shipping costs, plus a little extra for the trouble you went through. Send me an e-mail. Thanks!
The gate mechanism came from a person in California, that runs a railroad restoration website, and sells stuff like that. The rest came from a signal maintainer I know, and from eBay.
how do you get those?!

Two questions. First, where did you get these all of these crossings? And second, how many crossings do you have?

Isn't that gate laying on the ground the one that was incorrectly installed?
