Not surprised. There is a group of very intellectual music loving audiophiles in Japan. No wonder this kind of fusion can be done so well. In fact Japanese have remastered and preserved many Jazz records that western countries discarded. Many records I want are only available in Japan. I'm thankful they have are thoughtful enough to preserve these recordings, and it shows their great taste in music.
