everyone is god.. once we understand we r god then we become enlightened... every livingbeing is god... we shld not hurt anyone even they do wrong things due to their surroundings but u see a god in him see oneness in everyone... we r gods but we dont know we r gods u will realize wen u do meditation knoing urself..

@jtobin13 tey are sadhus.. they renounce the world n live at great heights to seek enlightment and oneness with god.. the only work they do is to meditate.. n about cold.. they practice a lot of yoga.. some of hem are so much trained that they can alter the spee of their heart beats.. watch for naga sadhus and aghoris if u want to know about the mysterious part of the world..
as for the ash on his body..its not for show off ..it protects frm the cold in such high altitudes..!!!
