Very easy, just from the line, no fancy stuff, like you driving backwards. :P

Well first, you have to have a rather powerful car. I used a Honda S2000 with stage 3 parts, having 500 some horsepower, and set the rear suspension to full stiff, and set the rear tires to full low. That should give ya a full wheelie.
