In Alberta Canada, it's the exact same. There is absolutly nothing in regards to regulations, so you have to be very careful as to where you get tattooed. Do you research!

depends on your state, i was 16 when i started tattooing professionally, 11 when i first started. Go to a local shop and find out, either 16 or 18
