Greed. The federal gov't pimps the states to do their dirty work, be it kidnapping children or traffic cameras, through trillions in federal reserve funding (global criminal elite) to enslave the people through Involuntary Servitude/Slavery. The State reps have become addicted to $, which disappears much as it does on the federal level. All (unlawful) statutes are passed by your U.S. Congress which works for them not you.
