I just bought an 06' F150 4x4 yesterday w/4.6L & 3L55 rearend for those who are mechanically inclined. It's good enough for me. If not, just roll out my BBF 79' n let it rip! I like the F150's. I have several of them including a 2000. It also has the 5.4L and a lot of power. If you think the F150 is big try driving an F250! That is my daily driver..

i got an 07 f150 2x4, got 31,000 miles on it now. the only problem that i know of on these trucks is the wiring for the break lights. mine kept blowing the #2 fuse. I kept taking it to the dealership and they told me there was nothing wrong with it. but it would blow 5 fuses in one day. so i decided to fix it myself . so I took a 30 amp relay and soldered to legs to plug in the fuse box. it works, i did that like 6 months ago and relays are pretty cheap.
