Via the Mew event for Emerald, a shiny Mew is entirely possible, soft resetting is needed, as when attempting to shiny hunt.

I'd HIGHLY recomend timer balls. Just wait the battle out and maybe use an ultra or dusk ball and see if you get lucky. I have to catch my legends nowadays because I waisted my masterball of azelf.

2 go to the resort area and get through the area with the sandstorm.

or you could get through the mountainous area of the survivial area. you will eventually reach stark mountain where heatran is caught. I hope this helps!

its a extremely rare virus that causes pokemon to gain levels very easily. Its more common to catch shiny pokemon( pokemon that are a dirrerent colour to normal ones) then it is for a pokemon to get pokerus.-_-
