@sec0ndevolution nah. voice seems more true to his manga counterpart. in the manga he is probably the most snobbish and businessman-like character in the series. a gravelly and dark voice is menacing, but wouldnt suit his appearance. hes spost to be the kind of character that appears 'better than everyone, and he knows it'. they already tried dark and gravelly in the 1980 series and it was awful
