That's Jim Henson for sure. Jim would always perform the leading characters in musical numbers like in Cooperation (Makes It Happen) and he even puppeteered Little Chrissy to Chris Cerf's vocal track. If you don't beleive me, listen closely at 0:46, where his voice resembles that of Link Hogthrob. XD That's my favorite part.
