The deadpan delivery that Ben gives John on what to do from 0:14 to 0:38 is hilarious. You can also tell by Locke's face that he is constantly trying to soak it all in but also thinking WTF?.

The march of The Others with Kate & Sayid is fantastic!.. that is my favorite moment of this whole last part.

Richard Alpert leading them and all of them holding a gun while their leader is in danger just gives such a great feeling and foreshadows a badass season finale!!!
