I'm a lifelong Wolverine. And I say Manningham's a clown. I was actually at this game and he was pretty unstoppable here and it was A LOT of fun. That being said, he's lazy, he's immature, he drops passes, he hears footsteps, and he can't take a hit.

people were all concerned in the season opener due to all the dropped passes in the game, then the central michigan game was pretty lackluster

AND i remember at the mich/c. mich game the people behind me were like look at the stats, they need to get it together even though we won 41-17

then against Notre Dame

Michigan is going to be undefeated this year. OSU is weaker, and michigan gets em at home. ND is weaker, and Michigan gets them at home. Penn State is a bit tougher, but Michigan destroyed them last year AND Michigan gets em at home. The only real test is At wisconsin, and I don't think they are good enough to beat Michigan

GT and PSU are both going to be much better than they were last year and ND will be worse. There were no facts in my post and I never said anything about preseason mags. I honestly think that they will struggle (Much like Georgia a year ago) and that they are a year away from being back to potential BCS status. If Notre Dame wins 9 games this year, Charlie Weis gets my vote for Coach of the Year.

Was anyone else at this game? I loved it when the Michigan section started chanting "WHY SO QUIET???" and then chanting for Rudy as ND started their final drive. Great game! GO BLUE!

Haha. Notre Dame didn't even have a winning record. They absolutely sucked, and they are going to suck again in 2008. Michigan is going to crush them for the third consecutive season. They've already shutout Notre Dame twice at home in the last 5 seasons, and now they are going to go down to South Bend in 2008 and shut the Irish out down there as well. Go Blue!

Before the season started I told my buddies that Michigan was due to beat Notre Dame this year. Michigan went down there and kicked their ass. Even Notre Dame fans would have to agree. 9-0 baby headed to Columbus on the 18th. Should be interesting...

haha if you've watched the nd games over the last two seasons, that's become a bit of a commentator's mantra when nd's on defense. i love the irish, but i am not too proud to admit that our secondary gives up big plays, a lot. i am also not too proud to admit that michigan is better than nd this year. i hope you guys win out and crush osu (largely for brady's heisman chances)
