I wouldn't call that ..."cuts ambulance off" stopping would have made him/her look more of an idiot and what for? he/she had enough speed to not so much delay the ambulance on its journey.
@bestposted It is illegal, and he can be ticketed. He just did not want to have to wait 10 damn seconds. He should have stopped. Anything like that puts stress on us and can delay the response. And be aware, any collision between a car and an ambulance, the EMS crew is ALWAYS held responsible, 90% of the time. So just get out of the way and stop.

@medlife07 your a lost soul im afraid to say...Where i come from no one is poor, we have a great well fair system, police force don't carry guns, we have HRH Queen Elizabeth II as head of state and most people that visit us are american that don't know how to keep left on the road...i dont speak american English..
