Hmm, don't really get this blogging thing. Bearing your soul to all and sundry is not me, guess I need to get with the times.. Good luck though. I also have a plan for this year, give me a call and I will tell you my plan for getting fit (more than just gym work). I saw a poster in a RAF Gym the other day which said, "Winners are those who have clearly defined goals and a burning desire to achieve them". I have found a goal and have the desire.
