My parents used to have that same exact stereo -- I used and abused it many times as a kid. I still have the owner's manual for it... I can scan in a copy of it, if you want.
@vwestlife Actually ours was a stackable record changer, instead of just a single-disc player like this one, but otherwise the mechanism was the same.
Is that a ceramic cartrdige?

That's a very cool stereo! Panasonic really made good all-in-1 stereos back then.
