I don't agree that woman should refuse child financial support for her children from the father. Why should a parent who has children but isn't helping to raise them be allowed to live care free?

If a parent is participating in a reasonable fashion in raising their children and isn't a sometime parent coming around once in a while and gives financial support to children without the courts I do agree that a woman shouldn't petition for more money. It's not fair that done out of plain greed.

No,If a woman has a husband that isn't working and she is taking care children as well at the time of divorce she probably will pay less because of her children. But if a woman who earns a decent salary let's say a nurse marries a man who isn't working or may be in school at the time of divorce she will still pay a good amount of money to her divorced husband. I do agree that family court is biased very true. I do see a lot of women who even though they have men who are more than willing to be there for the children not only financially but emotionally they don't get fair parental rights.There are some women who do abuse this system for their benefit not the children to get more money out of men who may even be struggling.

I don't think it's fair that a man who's a taxi driver as a profession gets his license revoked because he's not up to date with child support payments. How can he make his living if he doesn't have his license? That's the type of injustice that's wrong.

However I can say that the family courts are biased against women in this fact that if a man makes more money or the man is deemed financially more stable than his child's mother the courts have the right to turn custody of a child over to the father regardless of the mother says. Not true H.D. the courts see and think and care about financial stability not emotional stability. It didn't happen to me personally but it did happen to a very close friend of mine who had three little boys. She was trying to look for an apartment while going through custody hearings for one of her little boys.

The court award her child even though she raised him up to the age of 5 on her own her ex husband got on his feet got a decent job. Took her azz to court and made her out to be unfit because she didn't have enough money or a stable place to live at the time. When she did get the apartment one week later it was too late the courts gave the little boy to the dad and it hurt her deep. Family courts are unfair and the children suffer when we adults play this game instead of being united.
