Just one hint. I think "Barry" did duplicate the whole comp on top of the other, blurred it a bit and changed the layer mode to multiply or something similar, so you get a bit of a "film look".
It is a good idea if you want to learn how it's done. It's just a copy, but that's not the point. I'd rather say: technically well done. Will you release some of your own soon?
If I am the only source of legal tender, and all money I create for the government is a LOAN with interest, where does the money to pay the interest come from? Only from more loans.
