You have done a nice job.. But it looks like you have not use that much time on your Animation. You should use more time on every shot. And you should study WW2 dog fights. Work with the lights and the cam angels. I will make your animation much more powerfull ;)
I fully didn`t understand your question, so if my answer is not correct, send me message. If you want to delete cube, press button with cursor icon, it is select button, in top of toolbar`s. Than select cube that you want to delete and press delete button on your keyboard. If you mean how to make another cube, not like default, in right side is a lot of numbers, change them and watch how cube changes.
Hi! i watched your animation! really good work! the aircraft and fight animation is good! i know who is hard to make a 3D animation! it is really more hard of a 2D animation. good work

Hey it's nice, but not realistic.
Maybe use fumefx for the smoke and fire?
And mental ray for the materials?
Oh and adding a mental ray sunlight makes everything nicer with mental ray!
