So I started doing this Yoga routine because of my 2 bulging disks in my lumbar spine and knowing it was made by one of my favorite wrestlers ever...... I mean it. *SELF HIGH-FIVE*

After two weeks, I pretty much have no more pain going down my right leg from the bulging disk pinching my sciatic nerve. I'm three weeks in, doing the diet and everything (Waiting on my buffalo meat as I write :) ) and feel great and close to perfect.

.Got any tips to go along with the program for disk healing?

I have done DDP Yoga several times now. DAMN, it is great full-boy workout. It works on flexibility, strength & cardio at the same time. I feel great when I am done. I give it two thumbs up.

I have been looking for a program that is probably similar to this. I want to get off my ass and do something but I just don't know. I tell you one thing it is DAMN hard to not believe Jerico AND DDP when they tell me something works. Course at the same time I have been shown WWF/WWE promos before and though this is not one I still have that tinge of "Can I really put my eggs into this $100 pa cage?" Sure its done by DDP but...that;s a lot of money right now.

I'm a basketball coach and I've been doing yrg push ups and other exercises with my team. They (and I) have gotten so much stronger since starting that other teams look like jokes. Thanks DDP. This stuff is crazy good!
