You have to install the 0.9 DefaultSetup.cab from the web site (go to downloads and search for the 0.9Beta release).

I've added a mirror to XDA-Developers on my website download page. Please try those downloads (you may need to register at XDA but it's a really nice forum ;) ). Remember to install both cabs!!!
