  • Wow, at the start, I wonder if the guy interviewer feels like a bitof a third wheel...

  • darling, it's The Doctor. His character is THE DOCTOR.

  • His accent sound so weird to me!

  • @BananaTheLemon it sounds kinda irish or scottish......... O.o

  • Doctor david I presumeXD

  • Weird to think he wasn't always the Doc.

  • Stop calling the Doctor "Doctor Who" !!!

  • @dobermangrl Really, I hate the Silence and the way the Cybermen walk and talk creep me out. Except they have crap shooting abilities.

  • Love the way David says wiered <3

  • I love the doctor who show..... I'm a big big fan

  • seriously it's not like he was Mr. Who, did a phd and then became a Doctor.

  • @lovedwallflower i'm going to forget you just said that

  • When he starts talking about doing a "variety of different things," all I can think about is Casanova.

  • daleks are way worse than cybermen...

  • I luv it when British people say tele

  • He is my favorite doctor.

  • So much british accent! That's one of the reasons I love Doctor Who.

  • @iPodEverywhere37 and scottish too :)

  • DAVID not dabid (is that a joke or what)

  • ahh his accent, so funny.

  • I was in the room next to his when I went to the Hilton Hotel in Wembley earlier this year.

  • OH MY GOD HE 34!!!!???????!!!!!!!

  • @Iggygirl22 Well this is an old video, he's forty or forty-one now.

  • @Iggygirl22 actually he's 40 now.

  • I love how he says chris is FANTASTIC :P

  • I live in America and I'm the only one of my friends that watches the show. I hate it when they call HIM Doctor Who.... I want to kill myself it happens all the time!!!!

  • I Love DAVID!!!

  • Did... he.. misbutton his shirt? O_o

  • I didn't think people in England said "Telly" I thought it was something made up in the doctor who series to get a laugh..... O_______O

  • @Acoolname101 we say it here in australia and new zealand too.

  • Dear interviewer:

Please stop calling the character "Doctor Who." Before I head-desk so hard that I kill myself.

  • @LilyTheAnnoyance Even though in the classic the starting credits would say Doctor Who and then under it would have whoever was playing The Doctor. Yeah, this use to bug the living crap out of me until I realized that Classic Who was like that.

  • Woman: "How do you feel about being the tenth Doctor Who?"

    Me: "Did you seriou...just...FAAAILL!!!

  • David is just soooo lovely, amazing, cute and... RAWR!!! :)

But o my god I don't understand why there are still people who will never understand that he is called THE DOCTOR, it's not Doctor Who, it's the Doctor!! Drives me insane all the time :D

  • @godessshannon Somebody who finally understands my frustration!!!

  • @HeyOreo11 YAY Let's build an organisation to fight that^^

  • I agree with the Secret Smile comment, he made me paranoid in that show. Brendon Block was CREEPY. I loved him as the Doctor and Barty Jr. He's one of my favorite actors.

  • His stubble. Let's take a moment to admire the stubble. Why does he not have that always?

  • "Dabid?"

    :P

I am SO in love with this man :)

  • I love Matt Smith but I miss David Tennant so much as the Doctor. I would so love to see the two of them together on Doctor Who.

  • Can anyone tell me which dialect he speaks? It's lovely

  • @Sw0rdFishu I'm pretty sure it is Scottish. :)

  • @guitargirly66 alright thanks

  • @Sw0rdFishu Yes, guitargirly66 is right, he has the best scottish accent in the world

  • 15 people seized while they were reaching for the like button, and accidentally hit the dislike button.

  • He uses "fantastic" to describe Chris.. It's just too convenient.

  • david is the best.

  • Comment removed

  • 4:43 Barty Crouch Jr.

  • I just started watching Doctor Who randomly one day. I don't remember which one it was, it was either David or Matt, but I just remember I liked it. David just happens to be my favorite. He's manic, boyish, hyperactive, and totally off-the-wall, but always manages to get the job done. It doesn't hurt that he's absolutely adorable too. :-) I'm not shallow, but I'm not blind either.

  • i just like that david TENnant is the tenth

  • lol the description Dabid Tennant :P

  • I absolutely love David Tennant.

  • I love listening to him talk

  • David is the reason i watched Dr.Who tbh, his hair, eyes and AMAZING accent :P Soo much love for him <3

  • I was a bit leery of those Christmas trees the whole time.

  • he said Christopher Eccleston was "fantastic" lol was that purposeful?

  • He's beautiful.

  • God he is so GOOD LOOKING <3

  • He was the best Doctor by far.

  • THE Doctor.

  • 15 people couldn't get past the sexy Scottish accent.

  • oh my god, i love him.

    love love love love love!

  • The 10th Doctor is my favorite Doctor.

  • To anyone saying stuff about the female presenter flirting with him - y es, I know, naughty naughty! But I saw him the weekend before last, and found myself doing exactly the same thing! We can't help it...

  • @helenaquarian Oh, you lucky duck! I'll bet he's every bit as sexy in real life ) :

  • The red van was driving by itself or it's normal to stay inside after a blue phone box hit your car or the driver is injured or dead and no one cares, which is also very normal. I wish this show had somewhat more attention to detail and imagination. Almost half the show is going on in present time London when he can travel through time and space. Oh well...

  • Series 2 was by far the best.

  • I doubt at this moment he knew how brilliant he'd be :D

  • God he's so sexy D:

  • irish...? scottish?

  • @jenshu7 SCOTTISH!!!!

  • @jenshu7 hehe, he's scottish :)

  • @jenshu7 He's Scottish

  • 4:43 ooooooo barty crouch tounge movement there!

  • Oh man. When he says "poorly" at 5:44... *shudder*

  • lol he said Chris was "FANTASTIC"

  • He's only a bit younger than my parents! I feel creepy having a celebrity crush on him now...

  • Am I ginger?!

no your just this sort of mousey brown

oh, i alwways wanted to be ginger!! :D

  • How do you adorable.

  • I want to live in the UK!

  • @VmanTheMind You really dont, trust me.

  • I want to live in the UK!

  • "I'm happy to hear whatever adjectives you fling at me." SEXY. There's one.

  • @xxx2Ne1GuNSxxx This was literally my first thought.

  • after this, am dead proud to be scottish! *ma wee scotland!*

  • TARDIS, YOU ARE DRUNK.

  • David Tennant is simply brilliant. My favorite Doctor by far

  • Hair porn. David is sex.

  • @aguusttina1 YOU'RE A TOOL. :/

  • @AlienCountryGirl can I ask why?

  • I can't believe that woman said waspish. What the actual fuck?

  • Holy Shit he's scottish?

  • waspy seriasly

  • "Dabid Tenannt interviewed on BBC Breakfast"

    Dabid?

  • I AM NOT SHAZAM!

  • I'm such a fangirl for David >.< I love him so much, he's such a great actor!

  • he looks so young here! i cant believe hes turned 40 already

  • YAY! David Tennant <3

  • i heard him on a charlieisocoollike and i thought it was a fake accent but i love it :D it's like a stereotypical Scottish accent so cute :3

don't yell at me.... but i've never watched doctor who and i only understand it's about an alien disguised as a human and time travels.... i know im not right but i want to watch it but i srsly don't understand it D:

  • @molovesmusic567 He isn't disguised, time lords look like humans (except they have 2 hearts), and he is the last of them. He travels through space and time, sight seeing and usually saving people on the planets he visits. When he dies he regenerates into a new form, unless killed while regenerating. He has a sonic screwdriver, which opens anything but a deadlock (and, apparently, wood) and a type 40 TARDIS (which is usually camouflaged but his is broken, and always looks like a police box).

  • @M0o0P

oooooo.... i think i'll have to start watching that :D i understand the tardis but never the screwdriver, but yea i've heard its an awesome show and i'll start watching it.... are there new episodes on BBC america or...??? should i watch the first episode of the most recent season, idk when and which episode to watch.

and who are those women he 'loves', cause i've seen on tumblr he has a thing for a few women :P just want to know the story behind the other characters :)

  • @molovesmusic567 He always ends up meeting women and bringing them with him on his adventures, since the new episodes started, he's had Rose, for Eccleston and some of the Tennant series, then Martha, then Donna, until he regenerated into Matt Smith, and got Amy. He had a thing for Rose, and then although she was engaged Amy tried kissing him but then he began letting Amy's fiancé (and later, husband) Rory come with them.

  • @molovesmusic567 Oh, and the episodes are usually fine to watch as stand-alone things, although sometimes there will be 2-part episodes, and there is often an overall series thing. Occasionally there will be references to older episodes from Eccleston and Tennant and the first Smith series, but mostly just starting from the beggining of a series is fine. I live in the UK so I don't know about the American set up, but if you can, watch from s6e1 "The Impossible Astronaut" :) (s6 is the newest)

  • Marry me? I love you

  • In my opinion, he is the best Doctor. Absolutely excellent.

  • I am so proud of him being Scottish :D

    he is amazingg!

  • Davids voice is EARgasmic!<3

  • he stumbles over his words a lot, like A LOT!

  • @bloosygirl It's endearing on him, though.

  • @someamerican yes, it is. (:

  • @bloosygirl it his first interview

  • @mjdogz if u listened, u would hear, first interview as the DOCTOR, so your mistaken.

  • ''Weird''. *melted*

  • david tennent was a wonderfull docter so is matt smith but i like the 10th betta

  • he is not waspish, kay? he's f*cking awesome so meh

if the tenth doctor was ill after regenerating why wasn't the eleventh. silly writers

  • @MusiicRoolz

it's explained that he's ill because the regeneration has gone wrong, causing him to be ill, in one of the children in need specials.

  • I think I might cry (not literally). gosh I miss David tennant. I mean matt smiths funny and all but he just doesn't do it for me. and now I'm all depressed that David isn't gonna ever play the doctor anymore :(

  • Awkward female host : Check.

  • i believe they call this a nergasm.

  • ME ENCANTAN LOS FLACOS COMO EL!!!!

  • I'm not gay, but his accent is very attractive

  • OMG David Tennant in leatherjacket! X3 1.32

  • Has the woman ever seen the show? Seriously.

  • love him

  • I am orgasming. This man is just....unf.

  • "Chris was just fantastic." *insert LOL face here*

  • i wish that doctor who was a bigger deal in the United States.my friend just turned me onto the series and now i love it, but very few of my friends watch it (mostly because they've never heard of it). David tennant has turned into one of my favorite actors too

  • What's with British people and the world 'surreal'?

  • @32symphonic97 Sorry, what do you mean?

  • Hey it's Liam Dryden! Haha jk ten will always be my Doctor

  • At this point, I'm not sure if he realized he'd leave such an impact as the doctor...

  • before seeing Dr who, i never understood what people saw in Tennant. After watching the series, i think i'm do for a house call ;3

  • 8:35 "Oh, cybermen. They're great, aren't they?"

Has this woman even watched the show? O_O

  • After watching Doctor Who, I find myself watching The Goblet of Fire just waiting for the David Tenannt scenes to come on :D

  • Is it weird that I love hearing him talk? Cuz I do XD

  • @lilsister2 I'm American. I can tell the difference. He doesn't sound remotely Australian.

  • i swear the woman is flirting with him... hmm strange. the knifes in the kitchen are coming to me... o.o

  • @mandobunnies, they're bigots.

  • David was my first Doctor, ha ha! My first episode was literally the first one he was in. Destiny? I think so ;D

  • David Tennant was the BEST doctor EVER! No better one.

  • Lol

  • @joanachinesapt i think that is a shame. he would have made a even more awesome doctor who that wonderous accent.

  • @chiefdancingostriche they said they didn't want the doctor's accent "touring the regions"... I love scottish accents though...

  • OMG he's just sitting there like he's hanging out with some friends!

    a-dore-a-ble!!!!!

  • I think my ovaries just exploded...

  • one question: why did david hide his accent in the series? he 's got a wonderful accent, i love it, why the flat tone in the show??? why? could members of the bbc be bigots i wonder?

  • @chiefdancingostriche I think they wanted to keep the Doctor with an English accent instead of any other UK accent out there. Not sure why...creative direction?

  • I love the little poof he always has in his hair. ^_^

  • love love love love can i stress that enough!!! the accent everything!!

  • she called him Doctor Who!!! He's just "The Doctor"

  • mine to is'nt that weird

    teehee

  • Audiences definitely have that problem. I still have issues dealing with him as the Doctor and not Barty Crouch, since I saw HP4 before I started watching Doctor Who.

  • HE is sooooo scottish sounding!

  • OMYGOD HE'S SO HOT AND SO CASUAL ABOUT IT. LIKE "YEAH IM HOT. WHATEVER. ILL JUST GO AND CONTINUE BEING HOT". HEEESSS SSSOOOO HHOOOOTTTT

  • Ughh it's my pet hate when people call the Doctor "Doctor Who". Doctor Who is the name of the show and a running joke - not the character's name! David Tennant is amazing though.

  • @TonksftMemories It's called a pet peeve, and the male host referred to him as 'The Doctor' in the opening segment.

  • @esubadog Oh shut up... I hate it when people try and be all smart and tell other people that things are wrong. And actually (being a little hypocritical here...) there is such thing as a pet hate and there is also such thing as a pet peeve. So shut up trying to be all smart, it's stupid.

  • @TonksftMemories in the original series in the 60's the character name was "Dr. Who" on the credits

  • @TonksftMemories It's a bit weird, because it's a BBC Breakfast. An American TV show we could excuse but a British on should really get it right.

  • @TonksftMemories Yeah even I got that was i was a kid...wow I'm just amazed with the guy....

  • @TonksftMemories Awwwww semantics! Much like the uberannoyance of hearing people call them "iTouches" as opposed to iPod Touches. But... what are ya gonna do?

  • miss David a lot! But love Matt as the Doctor

  • I know this is irrelevant.. but I miss Rose...

  • @kira25queenkid Not irrelevant, I kinda miss her too, though I do really like Amy.

  • ahhhh i met him last night and he held my hand, he's so lovely! <3 <3

  • @RaraRaraRawr Oh really ? how cute ! xD

  • @RaraRaraRawr I'm jealous with you... FOREVER

  • "Waspish"?! o_O

  • There are different Dr.Who erras.

    Before Tom Baker

    The Tom Baker

And then my favorite The Tennant

Now there is Smith who is definatly not as good as the rest, or as good.

  • @EdHardy2552 I do agree with you that David Tennant was the best doctor. EVER. But you have to give Smith some credit.. he's not THAT bad.

  • it's amazing to think that he was to become the most popular doctor EVER!!!

  • he's so pretty, definetly my favorite doctor

  • matt smith is alright, definitely brings a different feel to the show. but Tennant has that enthusiasm which made the show more engaging.

  • Best doctor of them all! :)

  • @Lollipop21100 hmmmmmmmmmmmm i beg to differ.......I love Chris because he was my way back....I started watching in the 70's...Tom Baker...was my first doctor...

  • Definitely more likeable than Smith.

Smith is nice but can come across as an annoying hipster.
