Not really, it's the other way around. Makhnovtchina was the hymn for Mahkno's followers, who were fighting against both the White invaders and the Communists at the same time in Ukraine. After they were finally beaten by the Reds, the song was too famous so the communists couldn't eradicate it. So they stole the song for their own purposes and wrote new lyrics with partisans in it.

My previous post was the response to someone who wrongly identified this song before, so I repeat. The song name is "Розпрягайте хлопці коні / Boys, unharness the horses", composed by Ivan Negrebitski in 1919, originally in Ukrainian. The lyrics was different. This one, I mean the French text, is a rough translation of contemporary Russian forgery. Ivan Negrebitski was Ukrainian anarchist, Makhno's brother-in-arms. Served in RPAU, arrested and shot by communists in 1938.
