Speaking as a 97 watcher.....it kinda hurts listening to these trax and watching the vids of Toonami promo's posted on youtube.....like a relic of my childhood. The feeling and atmosphere Toonami created was fantastice.....and nothing will ever top it.
@mikeT1100 it had too low ratings, as it was on Saturday night, when people go out to play. It had reruns, it's time was cut and it best show at the time Naruto was in filler hell. So just a bad time.
FOUND IT!!!!!!!! AAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Toonami changed my life and brought anime into my soul where it grew into the tree that it is today. So many anime hang from my belt and drift through my memories and dreams and its because of TOONAMI! Single Most Influential programming show of my generation. Amazing, they ned to bring Tom ass back, original tom with the little legs and the odd shapped body and that fat head and that cool ass voice and host more anime!!
If it was not for toonami alot of anime would have probably nver got started here in america, and for that we must all thank you toonami for what you did. Rest In Peace.
Happy 15th Anniversary, Toonami. You will be missed sorely.
