LoL I figured out if you do the "crying puppy" sound yourself your dog will go nuts trying to make you feel better..at least mine always have.. Chewy is beautiful by the way :O Goldens have huge hearts & souls.

I had 2 goldens when i was 8 and they were the sweetest dogs ever. Then my dad got another but we had to get rid of it becuase it attacked the other dogs :( I miss my old goldens
is his nose supposed to have that copper colour on it? y'know dogs can get sunburnt on their noses? (when I was lil we had a pet dog who got skin cancer on his nose :(
@padswaggle I know I'm replying to a three week old comment, but my dog, a Jack Russell Terrier crossed with a Maltese has the same copper colour in his nose. I think it has to do with old age, because he's five now and he never had it when he was younger. My cousin owns a 10 year old labrador retriever and his nose is full of that colour.
