When I read the card on my PC I have the file but with e3flasher part: "... start logging PS3 backup BIOS. Nor fail to initialize E3."

I would recommend replacing the thermal paste while you are down there. Takes only 5 minutes and helps keep your PS3 cooler and lasting longer.
