Himaruya makes Hong Kong speak in a dialect in Japanese that is a "teenage boy's" way of speaking, which is translated over to be a lot like the way Poland speaks. You can see that in the Chirstmas 2010 Event and all...

"１） 年をとった師匠・先生。"

年をとった = old; aged

師匠・先生 = master / teacher

"Master" and "teacher" are synonyms. I thought "master" sounded better, because it sounds more oriental and old-fashioned, whereas "teacher" makes me think of school. The standard word for teacher would be 教師 or 先生, anyway. If the OP picked a different, more exotic word for it in Japanese, I thought I should do the same in English. Hope that cleared it up!
