@EvidenceTechnology I contend that per-capita the US is on par. However, the military industrial complex is chuging away pretty hard and fast. What is the US going to do when there is no war, or you just can't afford to go to war. Because of wars you owe 15 trillion to just China. You really don't have an argument when it comes to killing civilians, it started in Hiroshoma and Nagaski, Korea, Viet Nam, and all the other territorial wars the US has instigated and backed. Iraq, Afganistan, etc...
