You don't have to go through the entire game again, If you know you havested one skip him, if you know you havested all in a chapter skip that chapter. Just find the 1 or 2 you missed on your first playthrough and you will get the achievement. The one I missed was the one who blows himself up, after I got him I got my 15 gamescore.

Hey by the way i found an easier way to get the guy that blows himself up, cause i had trouble doing it your way. I just climbed the wall slowly ( without killing any of the marines, dont know if that made a difference ). Then i jump attacked him.

actually the way to get the man at 0:39 is y go all the way down the hall the opposite of the way in to the big room the place where the alien container is go to the end and screech till the marine gos to the end where u are at the civilian will follow then you go to the vent at the end of the hall jump out harvest him and kill the marine took me a while to figure that out :P

@nedccmm6 If you can manage to change up the way you attack, it changes. I snuck up on a civilian by crawling on the console he was working on, the harvest animation had me pulling him up over the console, pinning him on his back and holding him there as the face-hugger attacked.

Its not that Hard, The only bad thing about it is, No Checkpoints and the Enemy might block more and takes one more hit to take them out. You just have to be patient and enjoy the Challenge. If not, just go on a different game.
