Good ear, man. It's a very LA studio sound. Just listening I would say it does feel alot like Mick (who I think is great also), however it might be and I say might be the late, great John Guerin (Joni Mitchell, Ketih Carradine, LA Express). Some kicks and fills sound exactly like John John and when they pan to the drummer it looks a little like him and definitely playing a Pearl kit (which he endorsed).
