@polak4lyf i didnt say it was the worst. i watched the match live with my uncle(liverpool supporter) and im amazed how they came back. it was a great match. i just think 1999 was better cus it was a comeback in 2 mins against a german side. i was in a trolling mood so sorry.

@jesmes94 I think 2005 was way more magic, if you look at the players: try winning the Champs' League with Baros and Cissé, Smicer, Djimi Traoré and all the rest (Anthony Le Tallec, now a sub at Sochaux, was 18 and playing up front against Juventus in the quarter finals), and we ended up winning a penalty shoot-out with the worst goalkeeper in the world, who'd just made one of the craziest saves ever against the best striker at the time. You had Giggs, Becks, Solksjaer, Schmeichel, Scholes etc..

Coming from an Arsenal supporter, I think that this Liverpool side was EPL's best since Arsenal '02 and still remains so. Gerrard was perhaps the best midfeilder in the world and I really like Baros and Cisse up front. Worked well together.

@hateofallhatreds actually there was barely any contact, definitely not enough to make him go down like that. he actually dives like that almost every week in the prem, its known as the "starfish" dive. also, he chose to go down because his first touch was terrible, he knocked it too far to his left. he would never have got to it.
