Finalmente me gustó, es una comedia bastante entrañable. Me complació como queda al final aunque me hubiese agradado más aún que el tal Nino se hubiese dado cuenta de su error y sufriese intentado recobrar la relación con Angelo, en verdad resulta corta para desarrollar la nueva vida de Angelo, es decir cuando comienza a valorarse y cambia totalmente el rumbo de su vida. Ese es su principal problema: la falta de autoestima.

@franzizma Se me pasó puntualizar que no me gustó parte de la historia donde se presenta la homosexualidad peyorativamente o como perdedora. Angelo por ejemplo es un chico mono pero es Nino quien tiene un físico visiblemente mejor, también se le presenta como un niño rarito, gordito y al que no le gustan ni los deportes ni relacionarse (visión estereotipada a la que no se añade, afortunadamente,el afeminamiento), además de fracasado profesional.

@franzizma y la otra cosa que no me gusta de la historia, como decía, es que nuevamente pierda el homoromanticismo (en la relación con Nino). No entendiendo además que si el otro no está enamorado o no le gusta lo suficiente por qué se va a vivir con él, pues si sólo busca sexo o diversión no tiene por qué implicarse tanto emocionalmente ni engañar al otro(Angelo).

This film is homophobic and disgusting. The couple breaks up cause the cop is such a backstabbing coward he only cares about his gay bashing relatives and marries a gay bashing woman and the more passive guy ends up with some random guy. Its disgusting.

I had this movie until my mom found it and I had to throw it out so my dad wouldn't find out and so she wouldn't be upset. I wish I could have watched it with her because it really is one of those more healthy and light hearted gay movies which has a theme we can all relate to: the hurt, happiness, and craziness of family.
