i dont understand the big deal with lizzy hale. she kinda sucks. her voice is so technologically tweeked that she sounds like half a robot, and she really is NOT HOT AT ALL. its a perfect example of a bunch of men complimenting a woman for being mediocre at her talent just because they want someone to talk about. just because they want someone to stroke it too, and someone to praise. that can and will ruin music people. it has already started to... @armanixssgurl I saw Shinedown and Carnival of Madness too and that was one of the best concerts ive been to till i went to Carolina Rebellion, which is where i got to see Halestorm for the first time, and that whole lineup was awesome and i also come to love Halestorms music. I wouldn't mind seeing the two of them touring together someday.

Its really good, only heard of Halestorm a few months ago when they were playin with Disturbed and Buckcherry (and Papa Roach but i would have prefered just having the others) and they are really good... but Brents voice overpowers Lzzy's in the song.. understandable because he has such a powerful voice :P

@Dragonfall750 Actually, I'm pretty sure they toned down Lzzy's voice in the studio. I'm pretty sure if they were singing together in a room, she would blow him away (as far as volume is concerned). I love Brent, don't get me wrong, but Lzzy's voice is ridiculously loud.

@Dragonfall750 I'm not so sure about that anymore. I honestly worry that Brent is either overusing or damaging his voice somehow. I've seen Shinedown in concert and I see live videos of him on here, and it seems like his voice is really, really weak compared to just three or four years ago. It saddens me because sometimes it even looks like he's lip syncing the harder choruses.

Also, again in Lzzy's defense, producers have no idea how to record her voice.  She sounds 10 times better live.

@Arait64 yes, she does sound a lot better live... true. but i dont think so, caus if u sing properly like Brent does you cannot actually damage your voice... only growling and that sorta stuff can do any sort of damage. who knows, but last time i saw them his voice was fantastic, equal or better than the first time i saw Shinedown.. who knows, will have to see next year, or the year after when they tour with the new album they are making :D
