i think the film world would be in a total different state if he had of lived and maybe just maybe jd would have made this into a film if it starred river, people who compare actors like rob pattinson to river sicken me. The only actor i can think of who is comparable is heath and it's not because they both died of drugs they just seemed similar both too good for hollywood's bullshit.

I think Paul Dano is a great young actor. We haven't seen the best of him yet, but Holden was supposedly a good lookin' guy. I just can't picture Paul Dano in that role, as far as looks go. Talent - maybe... looks - nope, sorry.

I have read the book in German, English and Swedish. I love the book, it's such a releaf how much it can relate to yourself. I would also recommend "Rage" by Richard Bachman, wich is another of Stephen Kings pseudonymes.

I guess it would be nice if you watched here, on youtube Last 24 Hours of River Phoenix, and it seems that he took the shot of drugs himself + he had personal reasons for that. If you watch it you will understand what they were. I guess Jonny Depp had nothing to do with it. This is just my opinion.

Yeah, River Phoenix passed away on Oct. 31, 1993 at 1:51 pm. He's 23 years old. It's very sad and heart broken that he'd pass away, I wish he's still alive today, but that wish won't be granted anymore... *cry*

The lyrics of the song belong to one of the most famous Georgian poets Galaktion Tabidze. Believe me is you new this language you would be astounded by the force of this song.
