  • You spoil that little guy rotten! BeBe's the best!

  • Bebe is one hyper lovebird x)

  • my budgies don't want to come out of their cage how do you get them to come out!rofl they just come to you. i am having trust problems with them. how do they trust you?

  • Can I find all those toys on your website? :)

  • Cockatiel or Lovebirds???????

  • I'm looking for a bird cage.I have love birds.Only two.i want to put in alot of toys for them because sometimes they are bored. What cage size do you reccomend?

  • Wow! Great cage! Do you have any idea what tempurature i should keep the room? I just really need to know, I live in central NY and this summer it gets to 90 so I just need to know if I should air condition my room for him?

  • @SkylerOgravy Com on now, you know the answer to this. Of course they need to be comfortable. Parrots do very well in temperatures 68-79 F.

  • I think if i made those setups my lovebird will hide in a corner of his cage and is gunna get very scared D:

  • @CuppyBooxx And I think if you had these set-ups, youir bird would be more open, sweeter, smarter, and tamer.

    ~Rodney

  • @stargazrt4 Im from singapore and i cannot find any nutri berries . Im still on the search :>

  • @stargazrt4 Thanks , i'll try to do those by recycled items , ofcourse items that would'nt hurt them !

  • @CuppyBooxx lmao my friends lovebird got scared of its food once cause it seen where it came from

  • do you have the wingdow at your online store?

  • @Thestargazer000 no we don't, but we do wish.

  • my and my lovebirds love your videos i will watch them and they will talk to your birds they love it when i watch them but i was curious if yall had ever had birds who were not sweet and had to tame them i have 5 and i am getting them all separate cages this weekend really nice ones to they are all in a huge cage but i know separating them is a start and tips on how to tame them i have one i weaned and he is still semi sweet but the rest aren't any tips

thank and i love your videos

  • @loveya9659 Please, please don't separate birds who are friends. You can get them to trust you even if they are bonded to another bird. We had to get Dewey, Sierra, Cody, and Mia to trust us.

  • @stargazrt4 how did you do that if i feed them they go to the opposite side of the cage and my original not acts like he wants love them bites me how do i get them to trust me

  • i have dogs, but i really want a pet bird. should i get one? i WILL NOT get one if it is nit safe and just because i want one. HELP!!!

  • @jenna364 just keep your bird in a separate room from your dog. I have a cat that is separated from my parrots just put the cage a highest as possible so the dog cant reah

  • are lovebirds loud?

  • Hi, I am getting a Lovebird in 2 weeks (I've been waiting forever!). My only concern is that the breeder is trying to sell me a cage for $30 and it is 16x16x20. I have always heard that 18x18x18 is the min. The cheapest cage I can find of those dimensions is $60. If I must, I will pay the money for the well-being of my bird, but it seems extreme to pay twice as much for a couple more inches. Is this necessary? Also, where did you get and how much did you pay for BeBe's cage, it is great! Thanks!

  • We paid $60 for BeBe's cage. It is important to get the biggest cage possible and make sure the bar spacing is correct= 1/2". Generally, (and this is for all bird owners and for everyone to see) birds are not cheap to own if taken care of properly. You need to expect to budget at least $100 to start out with to get the proper cage, perches, toys and food. Check out our store for supplies! :)

  • BeBe is a good lovebird

  • @Birdman6781 I noe

  • wow! its like u spoil your birds in a good way! :D i like it!

  • Hi,

I'm a big fan of your aviary. I love the way you keep your birds - they are so happy and well taken care of. I have learned a lot from your videos, so thanks a bunch.

I was wondering where you got that stand on which you hang Bebe's jolly ball. I've looked everywhere for something like that but can't find anything anywhere.

Thanks and best wishes for you and your flock!

  • Thank you! Ebay!

  • Wow lol i have to ask, where did you get the bird gym?

    Its fantastic lol.

  • from us! They are $49.99

  • These are some great ideas for cage setups! I'm adopting a caique and I understand they're as active and playful as lovebirds (exactly what I love, since I've had a little lovey myself). I love what you did with the cage, the foraging ideas and the multiple hidey holes and noise makers. It's gotta be a lot of fun assembling all of these toys and figuring out how and where to put things.

  • what are some of the things that you put on the set up cage? i want to make one too so i whould be nice if you can tell me

  • This is not only a great video, but I am so happy for your bird(s)!! You seem like you take such good care of them! I am so pleased to see this. Obviously your birdies are happy! Good job. I own 3 parrots myself and make their toys :o)

  • This is going to sound like a really dumb question but I know nothing about birds. Is it alright to keep a cockatiel and a love bird in the same cage? Are birds are and it seems like the love bird beats up on the cockatiel. My sister wanted them and no one in are family knows anything about birds and I seem to be the only one that feels bad for them even though they dislike me lol. The love bird only likes my sister and bites me I wish she liked me shes a pretty bird.

  • A lovebird can kill a cockatiel. They need to be separated.

  • occasionally our other femal pickel bites but only when she has been out for a while and is tired and crabby, but snow always bites and attacks fingers and ears and toes and stormer her mate will let you hold him he is just a little shy and scared.

do you have a solution to making her nicer after she is done raising this baby?

  • We have an article on our website about getting parrots to trust you. It talks about that.

  • i awlays love your videos. I have 7 lovebirds

the two parents snow and stormer they currently have one hatchling.

3 of snows babyies thunder lightning and cloud

and a rescued lovebird found on the side of the road

i was wondering if snow would ever become nice again after breeding she is the only mean one of all 7.

  • Ah she is not mean, only in human eyes. She is just being a good Mommy protecting her babies and territory. Establish a great trusting relationship with her mate and she will follow his lead.

    ~Rodney

  • thanx. one more question, where is the hide-N-peek ball from?

  • Just google it, you will find it!

    ~Rodney

  • What is the wacky ball made of?

  • whiffle ball, straws, foam beads, and acrylic pieces.

  • hey great vid! but i need help my lovebirds gets out of the cage easily now and when i came into the play room 2 check on them they were gone no ware 2 be seen until i found them behind a closet and i dont noe how 2 get them out looks like they r stuck but then there climbing fine i think they ran 2 have a baby lol plz help

  • I honestly do not know how to help you. Get something to get them out if they are stuck.

  • Wow, what a cage. In my next life, I want to be a bird LOL

  • weres Tamara?

  • I am looking at her now.

  • Can I come and live with you? hehe You look like you have so much fun with the birds!!! I'm envious! Keep the videos coming! Love that cage!

  • Thank you so much, you rock! But I do not think that BeBe wants a roommate in his cage with him, he, he.

    ~Rodney

  • Isn't it safer if the cage is all wooden with wooden toys or metal ones without the paint? Plastics aren't good for the birds of dioxins; Teflon gas is also toxic.

  • Parrots chew wood, so a wooden cage would not be acceptable. The "paint" on the toys is made of the same substance as food coloring. It is safe enough for human babies. And last time I checked, BeBe wasn't burning a George Foreman grill in his cage so there isn't any orderless Teflon that is going to get him. All these toys came from our Board Certified Avian Vet who is rank in the top 5 of avian specialists in the country.

    ~Rodney

  • my lovebird ran away and every time i see this video im sad and crying

  • I am sorry for your loss, but what do you mean by "ran away?"

  • my gramparent moved in in my room and i had a lovebird in my room so i move in with my parent since there room is big my dad sayed "to take the bird in the back" since the back porch is like house with thick metal net but there was a hole but the bird cage side door was open a little and it looks like my bird was pushing it alot and open and went to the hole and escape or someone stole him there were differnt shoe print wich turn out to be my cousins shoe print. so he is in the wild and im crin.

  • what happens when the love birds doo doo on the cloth

  • What cloth?

  • clothe

  • Yes he is and he knows it!

  • July 15, Happy B Day, Bebe!

  • Great video and great set up!!!

What stand do you use for the jolly ball? I'm going to buy one.

  • We just use a stand that you would hang a bird cage on.

  • I see that you got one(playground) also! I hope your birdies love it! Thank you for the compliments.

    ~Rodney
