  • THIS SONG REALLY MOVES A LOT OF FUCKIN FEELINGS

  • cocaina :)

  • Any one else thinks it osunds a bit like freddie mercury?

  • @Alithecomedian A little bit....Tony Martin is an amazing singer!

  • lol,...if,..you were in the music business,..and i have been now for 30 years,..and played for 60,.to 61,000,..you must know them,..you must need the satisfaction of superiorty,..so go ahead! have it,..i just don't care. All i do know,...is to be called a chump,..and in the same sentence,..hired by tony? yep,..they must be. thick idiot? lol,..yep i must be. long live neil murray,..long live tony martin,.long live rondinelli,..you have my respect for getting to do what you've done.

  • lol,...if,..you were in the music business,..and i have been now for 30 years,..and played for 60,.to 61,000,..you must know them,..you must need the satisfaction of superiorty,..so go ahead! have it,..i just don't care. • bunch of chumps? you obviously don't know who these guys are. you think they would have been hired otherwise? neil murray has played bass for everyone,..bobby rondinelli? tony martin chumps,..lol,..uh huh. takes a chump not to have any knowledge or respect for people they dont know.

  • @roadcree: It takes a real dumbass to start a debate to someone on YouTube without clicking the "reply" button you thick idiot. Rondinelli was fine with BOC but unfortunately tarnished that reputation with Quiet Riot. Martin sounds dreadful here, and unlike Dio (who I also admittedly don't like), it's not as if he's even established through the rest of his work, and as for Nichols and Murray I speak for alot of people when I say "Who the fuck are they?"

  • @PooPoo2U

If anyone started a debate, it was me, two years earlier. But apparently it takes a real dumbass to start a debate to someone on YouTube when another user said the exact same thing two years earlier in a DIRECT REPLY to you, you thick idiot. If you hate this so much, why the fuck are you here anyway? And why do you keep coming back??

And don't speak for everyone regarding Neil Murray, or anything for that matter.

  • @blacksabfan: Actually, seeing as how the person used, verbatim, the same words I did they're clearly responding to me, yet were too thick to hit the Reply button so I'd actually see it. And why am I here? To hear Black Sabbath, not Iommi with a guy who sounds like he'd get kicked out of a town fair BS cover band.

I also said I spoke for alot of people, not everyone you illiterate tool, and the fact that you blocked someone after your stunning reply shows even you know how weak it is.

  • @PooPoo2U2

Well, obviously you're fucking stupid, because you were here 2 years ago, said it was a "cover band" back then, and you're here again now expecting something different. Well, guess what dipshit? It's still the same "cover band" performing "Changes".

The definition of insanity according to Einstein: Doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.

Sort of sums up your time here...

And you still missed the boat on the whole "logic" thing.

  • @PooPoo2U2

And I blocked you because you're a fucking troll. No other reason. Anymore accounts you want me to block? Keep talking.

  • @roadcree: Oh, and as for this: "takes a chump not to have any knowledge or respect for people they dont know."

Do you know them personally? I didn't think so, so you're equally as much a chump for defending someone you don't know.

  • @PooPoo2U

So me defending someone who makes a good point would make me a chump if I don't know them personally?

Good to know that people are still using logic these days...

  • Realmente sem o Ozzy changes e as demais musicas, nuca foi a mesma coisa, pois a voz do Ozzy e única e insubstituível.

  • 13 people are not going through changes

  • They stole this song from Eminem! Buncha old-ass thieves!

  • @spartan9199 either you are being sarcastic or an idiot

  • @bo7341 - he was using the same comment on the studio recording. Please, do not feed the trolls.

  • muito boa essa interpretação

  • i love...wonder!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • the greatest song.....

  • I think it's a good rendition, thanks.

  • this sucks without ozzy. ozzy made this song come to life.

  • I fuckin love black sabbath, Tony's voice sounds great in this song... sooo beautiful!

  • Tony Martin did a fine job of singing this song, just as well as Ozzy.

  • @rocknrollroy2007 As Mr. Hand once famously stated. Are you on dope?

  • viele viele erinnerungen:-))!wunderschönes lied

  • The original is epic, but this version with Tony is touching. Martin puts a lot of effort and emotion into it. This song marks the end of the brilliant Tony Martin-era of Black Sabbath. If you want to listen to a bad version, then stay away from this, and listen to the rerecorded version, with a Parkinson-sick Ozzy staggering through it with his daughter.

  • O_O

    Its out at that time..

  • R.I.P daddy ily and miss u great song but sad

  • One of my favourite Sabbath songs!

  • It always breaks my heart listen to Martin sing this... It's so beatiful and sad at the same time... Peace!

  • Sem comentários.

  • great song thanks for posting it

  • Pardon my ignorance, but who is this Martin? anyway, those are great vocals but I just have always loved this song with Ozzy!

  • Great song!!! But there's no better Sabbath lineup than Dio/Sabbath and Ozzy?Sabbath.. I do like Tony Martin, though!!! Thank you, Radek!!!

  • Thank u for posting, amazing song.

  • Cool song -when sung by tony.

  • great :)

  • THIS is an amazing song I have a 30 yr cassette of this song and also MOODY BLUES nights in white satin I used to listen to it every night when I went to bed.Iam now going to have a digital copy of the same :) awesome awesome:) Will let you know what other goodies are in it OH! The long and winding road is also one of the numbers and so is THE HOUSE of the rising sun ANIMALS!!!!!

  • umas das melhores que ja ouvi parabems

  • Iommi is the heart of Sabbath.

  • @rockaires ya gotta love his dedication to the project that is Black sabbath, man i bet that dude was on the edge of just chucking it in many a times...thank god he didnt huh? \m/

  • @rockaires Gotta disagree with you on that one, I'm gonna go with Ozzy, Iommi is runner up :P

  • @rockaires yeah but he doesn't play here...

  • its nice to see good old days, it bingback high shool memories

  • this was performed more times with ozzy in 1973!!!!

  • That's true, at least twice. I have both, one of which I've posted.

  • Tony the LEGEND!!!

  • i like every version of sabbath with ozzy, dio, ian gillian, martin, anyone who they every sang with they were still one hell of a band

  • where did you get this??!?!?

  • Great song,great singer!!!Tony Martin is a true legend!

  • Just got back from the Philippines where this song is as popular as ever!

  • They deserve much credit, even without the Ozz man.

  • Not sure what ya meant by it starts hissing toward the end. i dind;t hear any real difference in quality form beginning to end. Sounded pretty good for an audience recording.

  • black is black and ozzy caN be black witj black sabbaath

  • Awesome! Never heard it before with T. Martin!! Thanks!

  • amazing...one in the best 100 songs

  • they first made this song man and after ozzy made it alone

  • yeah these guyz r good but this is OZZY's song!!!!

  • No it's not....Tony wrote the music, Geezer wrote the lyrics...Ozzy only sang it, that hardly makes it his song. Bill and Ozzy is credited on it, but they didn't write any of it. Back in those days, the band credited everyone, but both Geezer and Tony has stated that they wrote it, not Bill and Ozzy. Nice of Ozzy to do a crappy cover version of it on his 'Under Cover' album with that ugly daughter of his though. I've lost all respect for Ozzy and Sharon after they sued Tony recently.

  • I hope you're not talking about this song, Changes, from the best Black Sabbath album ever: Vol. 4, 1972. If that's the case it would pretty muck make you the biggest fool on Youtube, dude.

Tony Martin was 14 years old when Ozzy, Iommi, Butler and Ward wrote this masterpiece...

  • No, SilverTounge85 had it right.

Tony played piano on the track, and while Ozzy came up with the vocal melody, he, again, didn't write any lyrics to it. That, again, was Geezer Butler. Bill Ward didn't do anything on the track. And you know how I know, because I just read it on page 73-74 in Martin Popoff's "Doom Let Loose". Taken right from the musicians themselves. That should pretty much end this debate.

So who exactly is the fool now?

  • Is that neil on the left of the picture.

  • @LASTINLIVE yes it is Mr. Murray on the left

  • Thanks ! I met him briefly at the monsters of rock show at Donnington park 1987. Iron Maidon was headlining , I think at that time Neil would have been left whitesnake ,and joining with Vow wow . Anyway thanks -he douse look young in this picture.

  • I don't think it is I who comes across as a big idiot. If you bothered to read 'Sabbath Bloody Sabbath - The Battle For Black Sabbath', it will proove you wrong. Extensive interviews with Tony Martin, Geoff Nicholls, Cozy Powell, Dio, Hughes, Gillan, Gillen etc etc. everything you need to know about Ozzy as well. I'm not talking about Tony Martin, but Iommi... ;)

  • tell them mother fuckers dude,

  • @bufc1992 Stop giving Ozzy credit for something he never wrote himself. Ozzy has written VERY little in Sabbath actually. Iommi and Butler was always the music creater and lyricist in the band. He and Ward is credited on most songs, but Ozzy and Ward didn't write any of it, it was a band/friend thing. This comes from Geezer and Iommi themselfs. Look at Ozzy solo, who has written the majority of his hits? Bob Daisley, who Ozzy and Sharon backstabbed and left to rot without any credit.

  • if u didn't like the song your an idiotic person

  • this isn't black sabbath, this is iommi with a bunch of other chumps

  • You might be able to make that argument with Tony Martin, but Bobby Rondinelli and Neil Murray are hardly chumps. Anyone that knows anything about rock music knows that.

  • @blacksabfan I think that this is a great version of "Changes".

  • I agree with blacksabfan. It may not be a "classic Sabbath" line up but Bobby Rondinelli and Neil Murray are veterans from the likes of Whitesnake, Rainbow etc. I'm not sure where Tony Martin arose from, but he's clearly talented.

  • @PooPoo2U Tony Martin honored the Sabbath name and gave his best with love and passion. If you can't appreciate that then please keep your comments to yourself.

  • @overmatik: Normally I'm quite lenient on the subject of bands keeping a name without crucial members, AND considering this was one of Ozzy's better vocal ranges I won't even trash him for that here.

    This, unfortunately, is just awful.

    "OM GO UN THROUGH CHANJUSSSSSSS"

He's not even singing, he's just yelling loudly.

  • That's Gods Favourite Song!! YES!!

  • fock you all that odesn´t like it

  • Very cool recording!! Tony sounds great here.

  • Hey this is a really good version of changes, thanks for posting.

  • I hate Tony Martin, but this is one song I admit he fits on. Well done.

  • thanks for posting video, hell to the gay-teen rock lovers

  • spectacular waste of my time.

  • Well, you could of saved time by reading the description. Don't watch a 5 min video and then bitch about how it's a waste of time if you're not going to read the description first. Obviously you're too much of a lazy dimwit though to not watch something that you already know you won't like.

By the way, you shouldn't hate yourself...

  • did this guy tour with them or something?

  • Which guy? I hope you don't mean Tony Martin...

  • Funny btw, the assholes posting here before all there accounts are cancelled but one... says enough! Once again, great posting, thanks ;)!

  • Pretty decent Matins performance. I myself am a huge Martin fan, but I've seen him perform twice with Sabbath and both it wasn't that great (also the Forbidden tour). I understand he suffered from a bad thoat infection!? Anyway, when you listen to the 1990 live performances here on Y.T., one can hear he did had quite a powerfull voice!

And thank god nowadays he is singing once again way better than in his second Sabbath period!

Thanks for sharing this one :D!

  • Tony Martin was literally the best after ozzy to sing for sabbath. i didnt care for the dio era yet they had some good songs

  • Great song,great singer!!!Tony Martin is a true legend!

  • awsome times m8ssssssssss !!! the fucking fab old days YEAH !!! Hope i live untill im 90 fucking right wahahahahahaha !!!

  • Tony Iommi = Black Sabbath

  • Your viewers are fucking stupid. Sabbath released some of their carrer bests during their post-Ozzy run.

  • I know all to well Ko2o4o1. For every intelligent one I get at least 5 idiots...

  • I thank it is a good song on both of them

  • Tony Martin Rules!

  • Shibuya Kokaido Hall - Tokyo, Japan, 11/19/1995.

It's two discs. I'd give it 4/5. Toward the end (after this song), the tape starts to hiss a bit. The other songs are great though.

  • name of bootleg?

  • One of my least favorite Ozzy-era songs. However it sounds quite good hear. Tony Martin pulls off the vocals well.
