I have a question? I'm new to this metal detecting thing. Do you have to ask for permission every where you went for treasure hunting with a metal detector? For example; public parks, beach, schools, old place where there use to be houses and ect.
@2010Lubneejtshiab Welcome to detecting! Permissions can be a huge issue - so be sure to check local laws. Obviously if it's private property, you better get permission! Beaches are usually a non-issue unless you are on State or National Park property - check with Ranger on duty to find out whether you can or can't. Local parks usually have their rules posted. Schools are not always detector-friendly so check w/local district office. Good luck! Post video of your finds.
Leo you gave me inspiration for a new metal detector tee. Pick Axe inside a circle crossed out. Can you send me a pic of your face for the back? LOL Great site to hunt. But guys put down the axe, cover the holes, carry out the trash and No Finders keepers, geepers peepers.
It finally happened he said finders keepers so much a guy went crazy shot his dog then sold his brand new pc on ebay for 1.00! Stop the madness! no more finders keepers stop saying it lol

btw nice job scratching up that quarter. might want to not rub dirt off 150 year old silver coin : x and lastly your digging technique is probably the worst i have ever seen cant wait till you destroy a coin with a pick axe. GL
Why would Whites sponser this video when you're all using Minelabs? You might want to tell the guy with the glasses and green hat that he might find more if he put the coil somewhere near the ground, that is unless you have coins that float in mid air. Nice seated and V nickel though. HH

By the way, it's not "finders keepers", usually the land owner is entitled to half the value of any finds.
