I love the Smart Car. I think they are perfect for driving around the city, especially with how small parking spots seem to be getting these days. And, of course, as some others have pointed out here, it is a much more intelligent choice in terms of it's low gas usage. Long live the Smart Car!!!!!!

my gf just bought one and drove it 228 miles ta 4 gallons whit cruise on at 67 mph most of the time i dont like the looks much but im impressed by how roomy is inside im 6 ft 1 and weight 285 u feel like u are in a biger car then you get out and look at it and u say wow that is small but i dont feel unsafe its much safer than any harley by a long shot has like 4 air bags and at 50 miles a gallon who cares how small it is right !!! personal choice we should respect it

I've had mine for 2 years now and LOVE it!! Everyone can say all the negative stuff you want. That's ok. I laugh all the way to the gas station. I've been averaging between 59 and 61 mpg! Much more than what was advertised and I drive over 50 miles per day! Used to have a Scooter. Traded it for the heater and radio in the Smart!!! LOVE IT!! Now who's the Smart one?? :)

Typical Liberal. My HONDA gets 26mpg average, up to 40 if I shift right, Idc about the environment, but my car does it's job. It looks sexy as fuck (unlike the smarts) Girls love it (unlike the smart), and it had 240hp stock so I don't have to drive like an old person. oh any by the way, when you parked the smart car next to the prius its pretty obvious in that second angle that they arent nose to nose in the front. smart cars are a fad that will eventually go away. it says on the smart car website that they require 91 octane fuel. now that seems a little strange to me. why buy a tiny overpriced box like the smart car when you can buy a chevy cobalt brand new for around 15 grand and gain quite a bit of interior room and only loose aroung 6 to 7 mpg's?
