for the vigoor emperor 2nd time i just used the vigoorian flail to kill the skulls then when he shot is skull at me i used the lighting ninpo then when he jumped on me i used the ice ninpo, then to finished him off i just shot the fire ball ninpo at him and i was like freakin sweet

I really don't know. It starts off like a feminine statue but then morphs into a giant flying skull with horns that weren't there to begin with after it gets its skin burned off by the lava. Pretty imaginative, in a nonsensical kinda way, I guess.

After you kill Doku, he curses Ryu and Ryu becomes a fiend, so he turns blue, and he only gets cured when he beats the Emporer, or something like that.
Yeah, the Dark Disciple turned out to be Murai and he killed Gamoz after Gamoz had helped him locate the Dark Dragon Blade. Nice little plot twist to round the story out :)
You typed Gamoz like you typed Ultimate Alma Emperor 1. Alma died in Chapter 16 (Sigma)/13 (Black/Original NG). She cant possible relive as the Emperors first form.
What I meant was "Ultimate Alma / Emporer 1" with a slash, because in some places the boss is listed as Ultimate Alma, although (as you pointed out) it can't be Alma since she died. I'll still leave it as it is, but with a slash, but thanks for bringing that to my attention :)
