I will admit, Janet is my girl and that girl can DANCE, but she cant and could never outdance michael. Michael couldve danced circles around her, nd more. But also, Janet's dance moves arent as "high-tech" as they are played out to be. Her dance moves are hella easy, moves that cheerleaders can learn(no disrespect to janet), but Michael's are HARD! Janet is unarguably more versatile. You can look at two seconds of one of her routines and know exactly which song it goes to without thinking twice or second-guessing, from 1986 to now. The same doesn't apply to Michael. He repeated many of his moves and performance mannerisms. Much like his music. Nevertheless they both have unimaginable talent.

you can't have these two go up against eachother..everyone see's them alike when they arn't at all. Mike= Pop Janet= R&B/Pop...so while mike might dancer a bit better and his vocals might seem better Janet lyrics are for more bold than mikes would ever be or could ever hope to be. Both her better than eachother in their own right..though "I" find Janet for more better than mike. Atleast we all know that together they are the far more deadly in their area..just look at scream.

all of the ppl that say that their style is different wel its true. but bcuz janet is mainly strictly choreography doesnt mean michael didnt do choreography (umm cuz all his videos nd most of his stuff on tour is choreographed.) actually freestyling is alot harder than choreography cuz most ppl who is mainly choreography cnt freestyle to save their life while ppl who are freestylers cn do choreography jus may take some a little while longer to pick up the moves.

According the guy who co-choreographed Thriller he said that you could give Michael just a beat and he could pick it up while it would take other people time learn he said Michael was a dancer in his soul. It just came natural to Michael. It was like breathing to him.he also said that thinking was the worst thing a dancer could do you have to flow with the music beccome the instrumetns the beat become one with the music that is true dancing

I will admit, Janet is my girl and that girl can DANCE, but she cant and could never outdance michael. Michael couldve danced circles around her, nd more. But also, Janet's dance moves arent as "high-tech" as they are played out to be. Her dance moves are hella easy, moves that cheerleaders can learn(no disrespect to janet), but Michael's are HARD! You know how long it took me to get the "Bad" dance down pact? much longer than any of Janet's ive learned.

(similar 'coz she definitly can dance) but..trying to dance "similar" to michael... can take you years of practice.. and even then.. it's imposible to do it.. like him... but anyway.. michael was incredible proud of his little sister dancing skills, and to janet michael was her idol so...i don't see the problem..

They are both equally as good, but they are different types of dancer. Mikes style is more about signature moves and freestyling, whereas Janets style is full blown choreo routines. And Mike being her brother has nothing to do with Janets sucesss, people who think that are pathetic imbusuls, if that was the case then LaToya and Rebbie would be successful wouldnt they? Janet is unarguably more versatile. You can look at two seconds of one of her routines and know exactly which song it goes to without thinking twice or second-guessing, from 1986 to now. The same doesn't apply to Michael. He repeated many of his moves and performance mannerisms. Much like his music. Nevertheless they both have unimaginable talent.

MJ is a way better dancer than Janet. even the great Fred Astaire said MJ was the greatest dancer of them all. he popularized line dance, moonwalk, robot & made choreogaphy an important aspect of music videos, which Janet, among others took advantage of. no contest.
