Yeah, I remember doing this a LONG time ago. I battled him without using a Game Shark, but I forgot the overly-complicated way on how you do it.

I was expecting some glitchy or really random Pokemon (being this isnt legitimate), but he had a VERY powerful team of appropriate Pokemon, leading me (or anyone playing R/B/Y) to think that Oak was originally the final guy you were supposed to battle instead of Gary/Blue.
